What is educational therapy?
Educational therapy is different than content tutoring in that it focuses on bridging the gaps, or building the foundational skills needed to progress, rather than solely focusing on content understanding. I work with a student's teacher/s, or other therapist/s and gather data from past and present neuropsychological reports to determine how to best support. It is important to note that a child does not need to have a formal diagnosis to work with me and I will not provide a diagnosis. You can find more information from the AET website here, such as the diagram below.
